BeachBerlin, also known as “the oasis in the heart of Berlin,” is Europe’s largest Beachsport facility with 50 Volleyball fields, a climbing tower, an event tent, and 30 Cubes located on a white, sandy beach.
The management team wanted to improve their cash management process, and were looking for a secure, simple solution to reduce cash handling errors.
Enter Paypod Pay Station. BeachBerlin first came across similar cashier assistant product installations at petrol stations, and thought it may be exactly what they needed. BeachBerlin now has five Paypods currently running in their facility, with plans to install at their sister venues in the near future.
One of the biggest advantages they have seen from Paypod are that it can manage all offered services via the units efficiently, including food, drinks, and court rentals. They now have more time for personal interaction with their customers, and spend less time manually counting cash.
